'This is a beautiful oasis in the old town of Merida. We stayed here for 3 nights and we could not have felt more pampered, relaxed and happy. Steve and Jordy and their Yucatecan staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, the place itself is like a dream, our Balam room was very comfy and had everything, including a hammock! We are very happy we stayed here and will certainly do so again whenever destiny takes us to Merida again. Thank you dear people, you made our Merida stay unforgettable.'

Everything was absolutely perfect including the room which had a private plunge pool. Breakfast was delicious, we were treated like VIP at front desk check in. I loved the attention to all the senses - a very aesthetic stay. Very clean, elevated design, lovely toiletries and amenities in room, secure off-site parking, modern gym.
