'Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet. The coffee cups were dirty that were on the shelves and so were the knives in the knife rack. The countertop was also sticky like it hadn't...

'Our unit was very nice. The only exception was the air vents. They were filthy. The second night I had a hard time breathing. I took a Clorox wipe and cleaned the vents myself. The furnace vent was about an inch thick with dust and dirt along with dead bugs. I did mention it to the rep at the front desk at check out, but he didn’t seemed fazed by it. Otherwise it was a nice place.'
