'Not the first time I stayed there. Was an excellent stay before so that is why I picked it again. Very clean with a great staff.'

'Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly.'

'There was an issue with the key system which meant all keys issues had to be master keys. As you can imagine, this is not ideal.'

'Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! '

'The property was very neat but the ac was very noisy and tv not working. Staff not doing anything about even when complaints were made '

'The room key didn’t work the first time, went back to the front desk. I told her that I could hear the tv on in the room so more than likely occupied. She gave us a new key and said try again. Back up the elevator and still it didn’t work. Third time a new room. The carpets are old and dirty both in & out of the room. Breakfast area clean and sufficient stuff to pick from.'

'It was busy but Tywana is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived a little late and the pool was about to close but my sons were able to go in the pool and she even bring them some exta towels'
