'The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. 'Prima hotel, vriendelijk vrolijk personeel. Goede keuken. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Dichtbij vliegveld, maar vanwege het drukke verkeer toch minimaal 1 uur rijden. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden en handdoeken service. In weekenden erg druk bij ontbijt vanwege dagjes mensen. Roken alleen bij de buitenbar , bij voordeur en op eigen terras. Prima ligging om dag trips te maken, als je de stad eenmaal uit bent, is het verkeer normaal.'

'The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Arrived an hour early and checked in immediately. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. 'We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.'
