« Everything was great except the dinner at the rooftop. We were waiting 50 minutes after the order to be served, as I booked my dinner the day before. But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice »

« Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »

« The room was generally clean and spacious. Had hot water and they had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and dental items. The wifi wasnt working at first but they immediately resolved the issue. I was able to work remotely with no problems. Check in was fast and easy as well as the check out process. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing that was a negative for me was the shower heads needed cleaning from the calcium build up. Otherwise, good overall stay. »

« We arrive early in the morning at the hotel and we request for an early check in but the hotel is full. Thanks to the concierge who assist us, we were able to upgrade our accommodation just to be in at 10:00 a.m. and relax instead of 3:00 p.m. as our check in time. »
