'The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. 'King size bed, very big bathroom and shower. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant didn't have a half of the choices from the menu. However, the food that they had was quite delicious. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits and vegetables, wide range of pastries. The location is very central, near big malls and shopping centres. The staff was very unprofessional, knocking the door in the late night, disturbing our rest.'

'We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer.
