'The room was generally clean and spacious. Had hot water and they had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and dental items. The wifi wasnt working at first but they immediately resolved the issue. I was able to work remotely with no problems. Check in was fast and easy as well as the check out process. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing that was a negative for me was the shower heads needed cleaning from the calcium build up. Otherwise, good overall stay. '

'Great deal. Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out. Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.'

'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! 'King size bed, very big bathroom and shower. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant didn't have a half of the choices from the menu. However, the food that they had was quite delicious. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits and vegetables, wide range of pastries. The location is very central, near big malls and shopping centres. The staff was very unprofessional, knocking the door in the late night, disturbing our rest.'
