'Mandatory calet (26 dollar and tip) and breakfast was only a 20 usd credit, so i got only coffee and granola with a mini muffin. The rip off definitely. Go somewhere else for a 300 usd room'

'The room was lovely, parking was close and easy, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Hope to stay here again someday!'

'Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.'

'Geen welkom geheten, sleutels grkregen, lift om de hoek. Verder geen enkele informatie over faciliteiten , ontbijt etc. Verder prima verblijf, met goed...inbegrepen...ontbijt.'

'Nieuw hotel, even buiten Charlottesville vlak bij de 29. Mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers - ideaal met kinderen. Gratis shuttle service van het hotel.'

'There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful.'

'Location is excellent - rooms and bathrooms are a bit tired and can use some updating .'

'The property has a park in back of it that is beautiful.'

Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! Stylish! All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable but their platform made...

'Friendly staff, large rooms and walking distance from city center.'

'Good parking'

'Honestly a middle of the road experience and hat is due to the amount of ownership turnover...i believe that 4 owners within 6 years, which explains why the hotel feels somewhat half baked with no true identity. Lobby is beautiful and grand but falls flat with guest engagement. No hotel phones in room and was missing a TV control (apparently they get stolen on a regular basis by guests). Water pressure in shower is pretty weak and no regular maid service/turn down service without request....
