Hôtel près de Centre commercial Axis Mall (Calcutta)

« My stay was perfect! People are helpful and food was really great! They also have awesome amenities and staff are attentive to your needs. 😊 »

« La propreté n'est pas à la hauteur pour un tel hôtel »

« Bonne hôtel à l’écoute très respectueux. Rien a dire »

« Tout est bien rapport qualite prix exellent etablissement »

« I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier in Kolkata for nearly two weeks and had an excellent experience. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, and always made me feel well looked after. The facilities were excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kolkata. »

« The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication. »

« Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel. »

« Good property.. neat and clean .. good service »

« All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay. »

« The property was great, the staffs were very welcoming. They infact greeted us with welcome drinks. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Worth every penny. Will visit again!! »

« The hotel rooms are pathetic . The food provided is pathetic . No extra toilet tissue . You have to call them for additional tissue. The rooms are with water damaged. Single towel provided. »
