'Disappointed with the room experience, especially for a Taj property. The shower enclosure is extremely congested—I could barely turn or stretch my arms to soap myself—and the shower area also appeared dirty and poorly maintained. When I raised this with reception, I was told it was because I had booked the “base room.” However, my booking clearly shows a Premium Room (344 sq. ft.), and nowhere were such unusually small shower dimensions mentioned. Regardless of room category, basic facilities...

'“One of the best hotels in Kolkata. Clean, modern, and luxurious. The room with bathtub overlooking the City view was a highlight. Food quality is excellent and service is top-notch. We were celebrating our marriage anniversary and this hotel was the best place to celebrate. Will definitely stay again.”'

'new building , nice stuff , restaurant very good , supervisor nice'

'Personeel was heel beleefd. Kamer was heel netjes. Eten was goed. Eetzaal was jammer genoeg koud. Zou zeker teruggaan. Raad zeker aan. '

'I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier in Kolkata for nearly two weeks and had an excellent experience. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, and always made me feel well looked after. The facilities were excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kolkata.'

'The amenities were not at par as per star rating'

'thanks'

'The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.'

'Good property.. neat and clean .. good service'

'All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.'

'Loved the bathtub! That was beautiful! The staff were nice, shops nearby, and good food spots too. Loved it!'

'The property was great, the staffs were very welcoming. They infact greeted us with welcome drinks. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Worth every penny. Will visit again!!'
