'The hotel itself was great. However, throughout the night they were various power surges that cut our electricity off. I could handle without an air conditioner but when you wear a CPAP not having electricity makes it very difficult to sleep and breathe.
Upon checkout, the staff said they would have someone check it out, but didn’t offer much beyond that. A breakfast or something would’ve been great. But I’m sure that that didn’t cross their mind.'

'The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.'

'This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The entrance to the reception area was amazing. Everything was spotless. The room was super clean and so quiet throughout the night. Staff were helpful and parking was easily accessible. I will definitely be staying there again. The only thing I would recommend is having a microwave in the room. Overall my stay was great. 10/10 and breakfast was exceptional!'
