'We had a short, but great stay at the Inn on the Avenue. The check-in was easy, location is great, and the host were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the AM, so we missed breakfast. However, we plan to return when we have a bit more time.'

'Clean room and the location was walkable to all nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. Checkin was super fast which was great. One small critique, we thought the front desk person should have been dressed a little more professional- at least something that reflected he was an employee. He had a plain black T-shirt on.'

'Beachfront hotel finishing up renovations but still very nice to stay. Comfortable beds, nice lobby, bar, Starbucks area - with a baby grand piano! Pool and deck area very relaxing area to enjoy the day'

'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated. Breakfast is at The Mermaid Cafe, 2 door down from the hotel, and it can get very busy there later in the morning. Come early if you want a guaranteed table. Coffee and tea...

'The staff was very nice and the view was great. The space would have been perfect for four guests, but since we were six, it felt a bit tight. The closets could have been a little cleaner for storing personal belongings. Overall, we had a wonderful time and it’s a good place to stay.'

'Room was very clean, but the toilet bowl kept running due to not filling properly. They did come to check it right away, but they didn’t understand what we were trying to tell them about it. Staff was very friendly and professional. Beach view was excellent and we were very close to malls.'

'The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, the front desk Sasha was amazing and the young lady who was the head of security was so helpful, extremely kind-I did forget her name but they both were amazing. You just don’t find people that are so caring like that anywhere, therefore it mad my stay a memorable one to say the least.'

'Located on the beach with direct beach access from the pool area. Great view from balcony. Staff is very friendly. Balcony door would not close, but someone came to fix this within minutes.'

'Oké hotel. Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt slecht kamer klein en werd niet schoongemaakt, locatie goed. Drugs gebruik bij zwembad werd niets tegen gedaan.'
