'The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Cabin has all the comforts a person needs. There are numerous books to read relating to history and true stories about people that have grown up in the Appalachian regions. A true wealth of knowledge that may be lost in the future. The wildlife viewing is amazing. Paths for walking leads a person to history in the cemetery. The owner is a fantastic person, easy to talk to and very accessible. The best place to disconnect from the world and enjoy some peace and quiet!! Everything was perfect! The cabin is very clean and well stocked, every detail covered! Communication with host is the best we've experienced! We will definitely return everytime we need a reset!'

'Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders. Every cabin/ yurt has a hot tub /jacuzzi on...

'This cabin was so nice and peaceful! We came from Indiana for an RZR trip with about 20 people some staying at Rustic Ravines, this cabin is nice and close, another group of ours stayed about 12 miles away in Kentucky. Mill Creek Cabin was so relaxing to come back to each night with the creek to listen to while sitting on the porch. Can’t say enough about the views. Darrell & Mary are wonderful hosts!'

'We got a group of friends together for a weekend away and this property could not have been more perfect. My only advice to anyone staying; the water is hard. Pack plenty of water bottles if you’re not used to that kind of thing!'

'definitely a great place to go to get away if planning on just relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, maybe not a great fit for a golf trip stay because of the drive time but we did enjoy the down time at the cabin. would definitely go back but without the golf.
