'Friendly staff. Room had a window seat with a gorgeous view.'

'Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.'

'I expect a typical “free breakfast” when I stay at a roadside hotel…scrambled eggs, sausage, an assortment of breads and cereals…the usual fare for such establishments. The bar is not very high. Unfortunately, Fairfield in Wheeling didn’t make it over the bar. The assortment of offerings was fewer than the average, and no breakfast meat, at all. When the expectation is pretty low to begin with, failure to meet the expectation is disappointing. You gotta pick up your game, Fairfield.'

'The hotel is a great hotel they don’t do breakfast but do give you discounts for nearby restaurants which is nice. The walls are paper thin you can hear other peoples movements in surrounding rooms. But overall is pretty decent hotel'
