« We were there for 3 nights. During that time our room was not cleaned or towels changed. We had to go to front desk for clean towels and additional coffee and brewing supplies each day. We thought for the quality of hotel things like this should have been handled better. »

« The room was clean bathroom was nice the bed was a little hard but pillows were awful time to replace them. The staff that we had interaction with very accommodating and understanding. Used the bar couple of times it was nice and clean. I do have a few complaints one was the pillows look like they had been washed and dried all stuffing was clumped together. The air conditioning filter needed clean wasn’t putting out any cool air. I love that they close the pool at 10pm since we had pool view...

« Our favorite place to stay while at Put in Bay! The communication prior to arrival is excellent. Check in is easy. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. (We have stayed in the Port Side, Main Sail and the Stateroom) The breakfast specials have always been fresh and fabulous each time. »
