'There was nothing unique about the property. The property could definitely use an upgrade. New furniture in the rooms. Outside first floor rooms needs some help. Looks like a "no tell motel". Needs to look more inviting all around. Chairs were sagging. Carpeting in the rooms smelled musty and dirty. Fruit didn't look very fresh at the breakfast. Not enough variety in the breakfast options. The saving grace is that they are right across from the lake.'

'Our room looked decent until I went into the bathroom lifted the seat and saw a CLOGGED TOILET. Someone took a dump before us and the HOTEL DIDN’T CLEAN OUR ROOM. I just instantly felt disgusting. If they didn’t clean the toilet, they probably didn’t clean the sink, our bed, the floors. I went to the front desk about it and they didn’t have any other rooms for us to stay. 'Very nice private beach, the grandkids played all day on the beach. Close to many day trips, easy access to Jet Express, restaurants,fishing and fun playground for kids. Wanted a fun vacation for kids and grandkids and that’s just what we got!'

'Pool filter didn't work. The pool was gross! Filled with bugs, debris and swirling sunscreen and dead skin cells. This was addressed with the manager and she said she couldn't do anything but tell the aquatics department. The "Aquatics" department was a joke. It was a girl who didn't care about her job and was in no hurry to do anything productive. The way they addressed my concerns were walking around the pool with a net. I own a pool so I know how to run a filter pump system and the system...

'After dropping something off the nightstand pulled it out to find a bunch of garbage behind it and along the side of the bed between the bed and wall. Tried to cancel the second night of our stay because of a family situation that arose on our way there, and was still charged full price. Not only full price but they charged me for 3 full nights plus the one we stayed. Tried talking with them and they were as rude as could be. Still trying to resolve situation'
