« Pool filter didn't work. The pool was gross! Filled with bugs, debris and swirling sunscreen and dead skin cells. This was addressed with the manager and she said she couldn't do anything but tell the aquatics department. The "Aquatics" department was a joke. It was a girl who didn't care about her job and was in no hurry to do anything productive. The way they addressed my concerns were walking around the pool with a net. I own a pool so I know how to run a filter pump system and the system...
