'This beautiful little budget resort is nestled in a valley outside of town. No ocean views here, but in exchange you get serenity, a gorgeous garden, and an attentive staff. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. 'Comfortable hotel near Cat Ba town, with good views of the bay, and out of sight of the building work in town. We had a one night stay before a boat trip on Lan Ha and Halong Bays. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, effective Aircon, and comfortable bed, although slightly limited choice of nearby restaurants.'
