'Check-in is painful (get to the door and phone them on WhatsApp, if you have data), the room wasn't very clean (hair throughout and dried urine on toilet), there was no soap, no toilet paper (at all), and a kettle with tea but no coffee. The owners were responsive and brought supplies. There is no door on the bathroom and a bath with a wand but no shower.'

'3 day 2 night Halong bay cruise. Boat was amazing much like a super yacht. Crew and tour staff were fantastic, all very professional, polite, friendly and always wanting to make sure we were having a great time. Food excellent, entertainment, memorable. A full itinerary of trips and things to do. The time flew by. 100% recommend L’amour cruise. Definitely 2 nights if you can afford it.'

'They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood. Employees on board were kind and courteous and were one of the bright sides on the cruise however for an overnight cruise they lack fun activities to keep you entertained in...
