'Excellent location, beautiful beach and the rooms were clean and spacious! The grounds are extremely well kept and the staff was both gracious and helpful (explaining how to get around the island and destination recommendations). Only negative I could find was that it's not really walkable to any sort of nightlife other than an an excellent spot for breakfast so you'll need to take a taxi (20 bucks each way which can add up quickly). "This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
