'The staff was nice and pleasant. The breakfast was solid, but did get old after 2 days as there was zero variety day to day. Adding some more fresh fruit options or changing up the hot items would have made it better. The rooms and linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were remodeled at some point, but are starting to show wear. We used the pool area and found it was good. 'Nothing that was advertised was working because they are remodeling, which could have been updated per the hotel or Expedia. There was no bar, no pool amd no resturant. The rooms had a smell to them, the sheets where dirty in one of the beds upon checking and was brought to the attention of the front desk, nothing was done. Id likely never stay here again which was a complete dissappitment.'

'Website said indoor pool and that implies it is working. When we got to hotel, it was a nonfunctional outdoor pool and the employee did not care at all and said she just came to work and left when shift over and she did not deal with pool. Terrible. The checkin in area is a dump. Breakfast had no fruit and the least I have ever seen for any complimentary breakfast. The area around hotel is completely empty broken parking lots and a shut down restaurant, no green space, in a deserted parking...

'Unique old bank building turned into a boutique hotel. On Main Street in the lovely town of Versailles, KY. Great food close by, a real treat!'
