Villa's in Castenedolo

'Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!'

'8 of us stayed at the villa. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). The grounds, view, and lake were pristine and a joy to wake up to daily. Without a car we walked into Gardone Riviera and took the ferry to other towns around the lake. 'Very comfortable house, well equiped. Easy check-in and out. In the vicinity of the house plenty of possibilities for activities. Shops nearby. Manerba brewery is nice place to go to and enjoy local brewed special beers. (walking distance from the villa 😀)'

'Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub hier, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, er war wirklich sehr bemüht, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen und konnte unsere Wünsche erfüllen! Die Lage war für uns auch gut, es war sehr ruhig und der Garten mit Pool für die Kleinkinder und den Hund optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen!'

'We were a bit scared of how the villa itself would be, due to he lack of pictures. But the inside is very nice. The view is indeed stunning as is the entire setting of the villa. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpfull if you got questions! Would recommend this place to every one its well worth its price! Gunther & friends.'

'Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder.'

'Wonderfully located at the lake front, at 800m from Salo centre only. House with lots of character and stunning lake view from terraces and garden. The adjacent SS45bis may be a bit noisy, but is not really disturbing, on the contrary, it allows you to move around quickly (traffic permitted). The kitchen is rather smallish, but is guarantee for pleasant bustle. Comfortable bedrooms equipped with fans. Welcoming and helpful landlady.'

'Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

'Het was een fantastisch huis. Prachtig zicht op Gardameer. Heel fijn met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Goed contact met eigenaar. Heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Toch een klein minpuntje. De weg naar het huis is zo smal, dat we met bepaalde auto's er heel moeilijk geraakte. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen Misschien wel even laten weten aan nieuwe huurders'

'Mooi vakantiehuis met zwembad in een rustige omgeving'

'Just off the main road through Sale Marasino is an old characteristic Italian family house where we stayed for a week. The house is spacious and has a nice cool patio, where you can sit, talk and drink a glass vino after a day under the Italian sun. Also the rooms remain cool. But the best part of the house, was our host Guisepppe. Next year we intend to stay longer and see more of the Iseo lake.'

'Zeer mooi en functioneel huis. Keuken is goed ingericht maar heeft net als het meubilair in de woonkamer iets aandacht nodig. Verder is het een voortreffelijke omgeving en een feest om er te verblijven. Zeer prettig contact met de eigenaar en de sleutelhoudster.'

'The house is really fantastic. Clean, spacious and a spectaculair view over the Garda lake! (at least) Two restaurants at walking distance. I would absolutely recommend this place and/or go back myself! The only thing which wasn't perfect was the check-in: we indicated our arrival between 15 and 16 hours. And indeed we reached the location at 15hrs but there was no flexibility to check-in earlier (although we exchanged emails about arrival times before, so this was a bit of a surprise)....

'Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern, insgesamt 8 Personen in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen, die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern und von der Terrasse fanden wir sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß und einfach super zum Erfrischen und ein paar Runden zu schwimmen. Herrlich! Wir waren jeden Tag drin und haben es sehr genossen. 'De moeite waard'

'Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unserer Familie und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt .Wir konnten ungestört feiern,ohne,dass sich jemand gestört gefühlt hat . Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die recht viel befahren ist, so dass das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern für geräuschempfindliche Mieter etwas gestört sein kann. Für uns war das kein Problem. Die Villa hat sehr viel Charme und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause, das Highlight für unsere jungen Leute war der gepflegte Swimmingpool!...

'Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite.'
