The Hammock House

Charming 90 m2 renovated and independent house inserted in a small village on the hills of the Crete Senesi on the border with the renowned Chianti Classico region and surrounded by greenery among olive and cypress trees. Able to accommodate 4 people with 1 double bedroom, 2 sofa beds and 1 bathroom. Access to the structure is via 800 meters of dirt road not suitable for sports cars.
The private outdoor area, overlooking the countryside, is equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. From the small garden, a staircase leads to the reserved parking space.
Interior
The structure is on two levels and has been restored trying to keep intact the original features such as the walls with exposed bricks.
The entrance opens onto the living / dining room with kitchenette and a beautiful stone fireplace. The small but complete bathroom is located on the same floor. Access to the outdoor area is via the French door.
A staircase leads to the double bedroom on the lower floor characterized by a large vaulted window.
