Nice house with 3 bedrooms and pool in Alberes sector

Nice house for vacation rental, located in the Alberes sector of Empuriabrava.
Upon entering this village we find a living room with 2 sofas and television, just afterwards there is the fully equipped and modern American kitchen, with a built-in table and 6 stools to eat.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
When we go up the stairs, we find the 3 bedrooms with double beds ( 1 bed 150 x 200 and 2 beds 160 x 200) , of which 2 have access to a large terrace. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, 1 of the bedrooms has a TV. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
Around this villa there is a beautiful garden with a large lawn, a large terrace and a salt pool of approximately 5 x 9 m.
The outdoor furniture consists of 4 hammocks, 1 table with shairs and also a barbecue, parasol and an outdoor shower. The house has fiber internet, there is parking for cars right in front of the garage (the garage is not available for tenants).
