'This was the perfect location for our crew. It was close enough to explore Eureka Springs and Branson during the day, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings. The open floor plan made it easy for our family to spend quality time together, whether we were playing games or just visiting during our downtime.We especially enjoyed making s’mores, relaxing on the back porch, and appreciated the thoughtful extras provided by the host. Tray was fantastic....

'We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean...

'Clean, cozy, quiet cabin right on the lake! Beautiful views from large outdoor deck. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Host checked on us through messages everyday to make sure we had what we needed. Very responsive! Helped calm anxiety if we had needed anything, which we didn’t! Great relaxing getaway.'

'Pros: The location was great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The marina was literally right around the corner. A restaurant was right down the road and groceries/shopping within 10 minutes. The condo itself was very neat and overall 9/10 clean. Plenty of coffee accessories already available. Cons:The door lock was a little hard to understand- which could definitely just be operator error. The condo was dated and could use some updating. The toilets didn’t have a lot of water...

'Property was very clean and host very prompt and helpful, especially as the code hadn’t been changed. Just two comments: the walk from the car to the unit was a little far, but fortunately it wasn’t raining. The water from the bathroom faucets when first turned on shoots out in a projectile so got wet a few times. Did use the pool and that was very nice!'

'The house was very clean, and cozy. We loved the area. The pool table, air hockey, board games, and Pacman were a great bonus. We all enjoyed our stay there. Host was very responsive to messages. Although there was an issue with getting the code to get in the house it was fixed before we arrived. We would definitely like to stay again if we are in the area. Very peaceful and relaxing. '

'Very clean and cozy cabin! The host included very easy to follow instructions which was a plus! GPS and roads don't exactly mix in that area. Very first place we've stayed and the jacuzzi tub actually worked properly with plenty of hot water! It was amazing along with the hot tub that has incredible views over the river. You also have plenty of privacy and aren't bunched together like many places and just far away from town that it's quiet and you can enjoy the stars. Hands down the best place...
