Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'The English Hotel was an unexpected surprise. Beautifully appointed and a highly focused team of staff. Located in the downtown arts area of Las Vegas and away from the strip, we found retro vintage clothing stores antique shops and more breweries than expected. Walkable dining made this hotel the perfect hidden gem. No casino on the premises so if that’s your thing, this is not your spot. 'We hadden dit keer een high-end hotel geboekt op Fremont Street om eens echt de luxe-ervaring mee te maken. Helaas viel dit op meerdere vlakken tegen. Op de eerste dag is de schoonmaak helemaal niet geweest, en de rest van de week bleef de schoonmaak ver onder het niveau dat je van een hotel in deze prijsklasse mag verwachten. Denk hierbij aan het niet aanvullen van wc-rollen, vuilnisbakken die niet werden geleegd en rondslingerende rommel die simpelweg bleef liggen. Na een klacht te hebben...

'Stayed here many times before and this is still one of the best hotels on the Las Vegas strip. Rooms are very spacious and the whole resort is very neat and clean! Unfortunately you now also have to pay for parking besides the already expensive resort fee. As an example parking is included in the resort fee at the Wynn. '

'Our overall stay was great aside from some missing items. It just so happened the empty shampoo, conditioner and lack of blanket for the sofa bed were an inconvenience at the wrong time of night. The staff responded quickly but it definitely impacted our night. '
