My work schedule changed last minute and I was able to go to Garden Valley a day early. Unfortunately Doki Dojo was not available when I contacted Ruben but he made some calls and helped us locate a place to stay the first night. Truly a 5 star experience. 'A beautiful, peaceful retreat surrounded by trees and wildflowers. And birdsong. Super comfy bed, immaculate bathrooms and kitchen, and THE BEST hot tub ever. Took a lovely hike up the mountain and through the woods, marveled at the immensity of some of the homes under construction, picked some flowers and had a great burger down at the resort. '
