'De plaatsjes die je ziet wanneer je het hotel boekt komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het is allemaal verouderd en de bodem van het zwembad was niet te zien doordat het water vies en troebel was! De kamers waren redelijk maar ook verouderd. Al met al was de kwaliteit en prijs verhouding niet correct.'

'The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. There's friendly cats on the property so that's a plus too. The shower was a hassle to use, the shower head sprayed...

'the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.'

'We loved our time at this property and would definitely recommend others to visit during their time in Panama. Sure, the lodges are a little rustic in places but they are perfectly comfortable. The setting in the lake is beautiful, with a great pool, free kayaking facilities and places to completely switch off. I loved how calm and relaxing the place was. 'Nauwelijks te vinden. Soort van weggestopt. Wordt totaal geen Engels gesproken. Ziet er op de foto’s een stuk mooier en moderner uit dan in het echt. In de ochtend kan er nauwelijks een goedemorgen af. Geen idee hoe het werkt met het ontbijt. De medewerkster staat achter de balie soort van administratie te doen. Wordt niet gevraagd of je een kop koffie wilt of hoe het ontbijt in zijn werk gaat. Ook niet als je al 20 minuten aan tafel zit. Als er vervolgens een Duits gezin de kamer uit komt...

'From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

'Staff were very welcoming and helpful! Room was basic, but adequate for a one night stay and A/C worked great. Many restaurants and shops in close proximity to the property. Was a nice touch to see towel swans on our bed upon arrival!'
