« Really cool place for a multi day trip, with a private outdoor sapce to enjoy Santa Barbara's vegetation and fresh air. A car is needed o enjoy the city.the beach,es downtown and all is within 15 minutes or less. I would rent again anytime. »

« We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend! »

« The house is adorable, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy and parking is off the street and right up to the house. There is ample, comfortable outdoor seating. The living room is also very cozy and the kitchen has everything you could want. The ground coffee, pods, creamer and sugar is a lovely touch. Rick and Debby are quick to respond with any questions. « My wife and I spent just one night here. Absolutely loved the modern flare, easy checkin/access, easy to find, easy parking, close to shops and restaurants, the coffee and tea were a nice touch. We really wish more units were like this. »

« Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. « On previous trips to Santa Barbara we’ve stayed closer to the beach, but for this mother/daughter trip with an independent teen I wanted to be close enough to Street street for my daughter to browse shops while I worked. « Really awesome experience. Very modern facilities. However, picture on VRBO misrepresents the room you actually get. The one pictured on VRBO is the top floor unit, which is what I thought I reserved, but was on a lower and smaller room, which was still very nice. It just would have been nice to see what I was getting through VRBO, which is usually the case. I didn’t see a disclaimer on the site, but maybe I just missed it. »

But I was pleasantly surprised to have two full bedrooms with King sized beds. "l’hôtel est top à condition de ne pas avoir une chambre côté autoroute ça roule toute la nuit avec un bruit énorme impossible de dormir pourtant j était fatigué âpres un long trajet de voiture le lendemain j ai demandé à changé de chambre ça été fais toutes suite et j ai bien dormi dommage de m’avoir donner la chambre côté autoroute le premier soir surtout que l’hôtel n’était pas plein d ailleurs c’est chambre devrait ne pas être louer ou a un prix inférieur et spécifier que l autoroute est a 300 mètre de la chambre "
