'The backyard area is a total game changer with kids. If anything they undersold how much there was to do for kids. I have 3 kids ages 7-2 and they never came inside. Plus the comfortable seating and table outside. We just lived out there and were able to easily and comfortably catch up with our friends. Then the lake is literally just down the road, where there is another little playground. It was a kids dream which made our trip so much smoother.'

'Very quiet and serene neighborhood. Easy access to beautiful Lake Sammamish landing and trails. Easy access to Seattle via Redmond train station. The cottage is clean and amenities were great. One thing that would make this property even better is updating the sofa/couch in the living room. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Highly recommended the host and property; will book this again whenever our travels bring us to this area.'

'Great place'

'Lovely property. Very nice host! Perfect for our family’s needs'

'Property was very nice, easy walking distance to great restaurants, massage, shopping. I asked for an additional night, received no problem. Thank you!'

'Was a great 2 bedroom townhouse with nice outdoor river view, patio & jacuzzi. We had 4 adults and an infant and there was more than enough room, and they provided us a pack & play and a high chair so that was helpful. Walking distance to relatives we were visiting and also to restaurants so that was convenient. Only wished there were screens on the windows and sliders as I love to open up for fresh air but the air conditioners worked well and we were very comfortable. Loved the little fairy...

'Amazing place and location on the river! Highly recommend!'

'Perfect location. Could walk everywhere and the view of the little river was really enjoyable. Hot tub had a little too much chlorine for our liking but relaxing nonetheless. Would recommend for two couples to share if needed as both bedrooms big and comfortable!'

' The unit was very clean and host did great job of communicating. '

'Very nice place'

'This was a great place to stay for our family trip! We came to Seattle area for the 4th of July with 5 kids and 1 dog! We needed someone close enough to and from Seattle but out of the crazy city. This was perfect. The fenced dog area was perfect for our dog, the kids loved the basketball court! Yes the freeway is near by and you could hear it when you’re outside, but didn’t affect us one bit! I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will be back!Thank you again...

'We had a beautiful and quiet stay. Would love to return for another visit.'

'The property was great. Quiet and comfortable. The proximity to the river was great.'

'Very nice house, quiet and well stocked. Hot tub was lovely! So much fun for a mom’s weekend away!'

'Every year I meet with my sisters, parents, and our families (a total of 8 picky people). We all agreed this was the most well-equipped and comfortable stay we’ve had in the last 10 years. The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed to cook most of our meals, and the location was amazing. We were set amongst the trees and it was super peaceful! The hosts are very communicative and helpful also. We would highly recommend staying here.'

'The house was great for our family. Quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to the U District and other neighborhoods without having to get on the freeways. Rooms were all big and beds comfortable. Host was great at communicating and providing rules for the home.'
