'Lo que no me gustó fueron los desayunos...no son balanceados . No proporciona proteínas ...algo que mejorar pues son puros carbohidratos'

'Excelente hotel, el equipo de trabajo que me recibió fue de lo mejor y muy atento, sensible y servicial con los requerimientos que hicimos al llegar. Muy limpio y silencioso para poder descansar y pasar un rato de relajo en la mejor zona de Danbury, lo recomiendo!'

'This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside.'

'Staff here is always so kind and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have stayed here multiple times. I will always come back here.'

'Everything was perfect, but the pool was not available for use. Generally, hotels that include a pool are more expensive, so there should be a note indicating this so that guests can take it into account when making a selection especially since I enjoy using the pool, and in this instance, I was unable to do so :('

'This was our second time staying here. It’s clean, quiet, staff is respectful. The breakfast in the morning has hot and cold options.'

'I booked for 5 nights. I paid in full upon arrival. After the 3rd day, I received an additional charge. After inquiring by calling the front desk, the receptionist informed me that I was checked out of my room. While visiting with my family, I had to race back to the hotel 49 miles to straighten out the discrepancy, because, of course, I couldn't reach the manager by phone. Zero apologies from the staff for the MAJOR inconvenience that that caused me. I will never stay here again.'

'First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not...
