'Everything was modern and clean. Super comfortable bed and bedroom. Fully stocked for the beach with toys, chairs and beach towels. They thought of everything. I highly recommend. '

'We had a great time at this excellent property. Well-furnished, clean, very responsive host. Great location. Only downside is that the garage spots on either side are really tough to get into - especially when neighbors park in the driveway instead of pulling into the garage. But we were able to find street parking. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad!'

The living room area was somewhat smaller than I envisioned it would be but it made no difference to us as we were on the go quite a bit. Bedrooms are great size, and with there being only one bath (which was a challenge for our group sometimes as we normally pick places with 2), it was at least large and...

'Great location. Easy walk to Carlsbad village, even easier walk to a great beach. Condo was in good condition and clean. It’s a bit old obviously and nothing fancy, But pretty solid for the location and price. Heads up if you have a large vehicle parking is very tight'
