'Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.'

'This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back.'

'The condo is clean and extremely comfortable. We brought items for breakfast and lunch in a cooler and dined at local eateries for dinner but appeared to have everything you would need if you were to cook. They have a cooler on wheels and chairs for the beach on the lanai for use. The pool is right behind the unit and then a short walk on the deck to the beach. That is the best part, private beach not crowded and just so relaxing. We loved our stay!'

'Steps from the beach, shops and restaurant's. Comfy accommodations. The living room seating can be extended if needed with chairs from the guest rooms. The pool was a nice size with plenty of room and beautiful landscaping. We had a wonderful time and will book again!'

'We are a group of 4 adulds and two girls (2+5 years old) and enjoyed every day!! We visit Captiva several times in sunset Captiva and this Place is really good in shape. The Island is still in reconstruction in several locations after the hurrican but Sunset Captiva area did a really good job. 'Overall, nice looking unit. You will need to bring your own towels or be prepared to wash all the time. If you’re coming in the winter, bring a couple blankets. There were 4 of us, and there were 6 towels total. Other than the comforter on the beds, we didn’t see any blankets. Had to be a little “sluthy” to find a few things, like the blow dryer. There was only one kitchen spatula and it was in a hidden tray in the dishwasher and had been for some time, So, it took some digging to find...

'This property is perfect for 4 people. Is just as listed. Location is awesome, minutes from beach. Pool is a huge plus for days you dont want the beach and evening swims.. Golf carts and bikes for use. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. House has all you need. Pots, pans, soaps, towels, ice maker, tv, internet. They have it all! House managers answered all questions, helped with groceries etc. Will definitely rent again!!!'

'We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!'

'Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections'

'This home is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for a large family. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool, pool table, hammock, golf cart and other amenities make rest and relaxation a breeze. The home is a short walk to a private gated beach entrance. All this said, families should be aware the island was ravaged by a hurricane a year ago, and may houses are uninhabitable or under construction. Debris and construction supplies border many of the roads. We lost...

'Love captiva . South seas is under constructions but coming back . No internet in our room during our stay. South seas needs to provide trailer parking if you rent a boat slips as in the past.'
