« Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. « We used to stay in these apartments when our kids were young. Now we’ve revived the tradition with our grandchildren. It is an absolutely perfect location in the heart of Capitola Village, mere steps from the beach. But the building is solidly built and very quiet and private, with a parking garage. We were happy with everything about our stay. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. Check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and plan to return again. »

« This was our 2nd time enjoying this beautiful property!!! The location is convenient so just park enjoy all that the village has to offer! The host was quick to respond to a small issue we had! Our three generations family truly took full advantage of our time here!!! Can’t wait for next year!! »

« Such a cute and fun place to stay great central location. Easy drive to Santa Cruz Monterey and other fun spots. Incredibly beautiful area and home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« Amazing views from the back porch. Very easy to check in and check out. The property is beautiful. Lots of great places nearby to eat, drink, or grab a cup of coffee.Would recommend. »

« Very clean and well appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is better stocked with utensils and cookware than many people's home kitchens. Discovered a small hiccup with the plumbing that required contacting hosts--Verbo's platform made it challenging to get in touch with them in a timely way but it was eventually worked around. »

« Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Kitchen is great with everything you need. Bed are super comfortable and bathrooms are luxurious. No air conditioner but wasnt to bad. Simple walk to the beach. »

« The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others. »

« This house was spectacular. The cozy atmosphere was exactly what my group was looking for. To my surprise, sleeping on the pull out couch in the sunroom was incredible! You actually wake up looking at the trees. The house is a 20 minute walk to amazing trails within the redwoods. I cannot recommend this place enough. If it’s available the next time we’re in town, we’ll be staying here! »

"hotel bien situé, vue magnifique sur la mer - chambre belle, spacieuse et bien équipée - Accueil décevant, personne peu agréable on nous a demandé de nous garer dans le parking en fâce sans nous préciser le prix - à la fin du séjour on nous a facturé 77 $ les 2 nuits alors que nous aurions pu nous garer facilement dans la rue - "
