« The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements. »

« Only issue we encountered was the sink in the bathroom getting clogged ( one of the bathrooms only) »

« Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

« The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful. »

« This is a small, clean and cute apartment in the Capital Hill neighborhood in the heart of DC. It's a great place to call home base for a few days while you check out the sights. We had no idea where to stay and were up in the air between here and the Pendry hotel which is at the wharf. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this location. We felt extremely safe and getting around the city from this location was so easy. Uber pickups were quick, there are Lime scooters and bikes everywhere...

The kitchen and bathroom had some useful items available like coffee, coffee filters, soap and shampoo, which were pleasant to have available immediately. The host sent messages for checking in and has notes posted for tips like Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There's a Roku unit for convenient TV use. Kitchen has large refrigerator, automatic drip coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave and conventional oven/stove - add a...
