'Charming property with a few quirks. We love character and this home had it: winding stairs, a gorgeous wooden banister and lovely beams in the kitchen ceiling. The provided set of dominos and stack of records were a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.'

'Nice location and plenty of space in the town house in the West End. We could walk to many nice coffer/ breakfast places. It has only one shower so if you have six adults it can be a little tricky. It does have an extra toilet in the laundry room however. It also has two parking spots which is nice.'

'Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay!'

'This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

'This was our second time staying at this beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious beach house. It is extremely well equipped and stocked in every way, from beach chairs to games and puzzles. The kitchen amenities and supplies are plentiful (we especially love the twin dishwashers) and made it easy to prepare meals for our for our multi-generational family of 14. 'The property was very nice and what my family needed. It was exactly what I expected of a beach bungalow in the OOB area. The beds were surprising and so comfortable and while the shower was small, the water pressure was so nice. We would absolutely come back! The owner was very communicative and quick to respond.'

'The property is very close to I 95 making it very convenient to commute to portland. It is close to a grocery store. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. Our family of 6 had a nice stay.'
