'This was a perfect location for our visit to the Fort Myers area. This is a very simple room but had everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. I accidentally booked the room for one too many days and immediately asked if we could change the reservation. I never got an answer. Closer to the trip I asked again and the owner said it was too late since it was within the 30 days window. (Even though they could see I asked right after I booked.) The hosts were very welcoming and communicated properly when I needed something. The area is nice, and some good spots are within walking distance. Also, they have a guide in the home that can assist with what to do and where to eat. You must park your vehicle at the on-site parking lot, which is not far from the home. 'Came to the area for a Pickleball tournament. The home was very clean, updated and the bed was extremely comfortable!. The directions to enter the home were very clear and we felt comfortable staying here. The room was remodeled to be a separate part of the house and has it's own entrance in the back of the house facing the water. The only suggestion we would give would be to buy a larger television and the A/C was too cold for our liking. Overall great stay! '
