The pool will be closed at Royal Mansion's for a restoration project during the month of December, it will open in January then close on the 12th for 7 days. This penthouse condominium is in the gated, ocean front complex located at Royal Mansion Condominiums in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The unit is located in one of the northernmost building's with a view of the port and rocket launches. You can clearly watch voyages of the cruise ships. Walking the hallway the other direction takes you directly to the beautiful, heated swimming pool.

The resort is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. A private gated boardwalk takes you over the dunes to a white sandy beach where you can bask in the sun on the wide beach, wade in the ocean or take a casual stroll down the beach to the port or the Cocoa Beach pier.

The condo has that beachy, classy feeling with all the amenities for you to have a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is your food, drinks and clothes. Beach towels, chairs and toys are provided for your enjoyment at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to for cooking and entertaining. The bathrooms have everything for bathing including hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms have everything you need to relaxing break from the day including a comfortable bed, plenty of storage and a television. Finally, a washer/dryer is located in the unit for your use.

The condo has spacious private balcony with a patio table and chairs. It is the perfect place to comfortably relax. You can begin each day watching the sunrise and end each day watching the sunset. You can enjoy eating on the balcony at the patio table. From the balcony, you can watch cruise ships and boats sailing in and out of Port Canaveral. And more and more often, you can also watch the rocket launches.

The condo is a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom, 2-story unit. The kitchen, dining room and living room are located on the main floor and have an open concept. It is perfect for entertainment and just hanging out. The unit has 2 master bedrooms with full baths and televisions. A queen sized bedroom is located on the main floor and a king-sized bedroom is located on the upper floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

The resort is located right next to Port Canaveral. The Port provides a wonderful place to wander, enjoy a wonderful meal or have a beverage. Downtown Cocoa Beach is about 15 minutes away and is a great place to roam the local shops and restaurants. The restaurants and bars in both the Port and Cape Canaveral often have musical entertainment on the weekends. Many of the establishments have dancing. Kennedy Space Center is a little less than an hour away. The Orlando airport and theme parks are a little more than an hour away.

Please note: 1 . The condo is not on the main floor and the complex has no elevators. If stairs are an issue, this may not be the unit for you. 2. You are not allowed to have a motorcycle or any type of trailer or RV onsite at this property per the condominium association's rules.
