I’ve stayed at other beachfront properties in the area over the years. By far, this one exceeded my entire family’s expectations. After waiting until the last minute to book, we found this gem of place steps away from the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board was a nice touch have available for our beach days. Great location for watching a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center, sea turtle nests are nearby and collecting seashells. If you are into long walks on the beach: Jetty Park in one direction, Cocoa Beach Pier in the opposite direction. Just a short drive to either location. Kennedy Space Center is visible from the condo looking north.The heated pool was a kiddo favorite (the ocean was too salty for their taste). We witnessed the pool cleaners onsite frequently. As a retired competitive swimmer/swim coach of 15 years- it’s the cleanest outdoor pool I’ve EVER swam in. The ocean view made for relaxing mornings and evenings on the balcony. All the rooms were spotless when we arrived. I’m sure we left our fair share of sand when we left. The kiddo thought the place was the most luxurious. I’d have to agree.The property was quiet at night, with the sounds of ocean waves hitting the sand is an all time favorite. Lights were dimmed at night due to turtle nesting season.We hope to return soon!
