The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, so you can put together everything from a quick breakfast to a full seafood dinner with whatever the local market has fresh that day.

Bathroom

The single bathroom has been updated with a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo, stocked with shampoo, body soap, and the essentials you need to rinse off the beach.

Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight for the shore without packing extra gear. When you're ready to cool off without the sand, the community pool is just steps away. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival easy on your own schedule.

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
