'Pros: De ruimte, het was superschoon en het uitzicht! Cons: Helaas is het erg gehorig, zowel binnen als buiten het huis. Er zijn buren die er wel last van hebben.'

'Very happy with the Villa it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay .Location is excellent for the beach which is very nice and the nearby shops .. there are some very lovely restaurants within walking distance - car is not needed Communication from Hollidu was great once the holiday came around but not so good prior when we asked for some help with transfers etc - we used gettransfer.com who were absolutely fantastic both journeys .. would we stay here again - absolutely '

'Pros: The pool and gardens were so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the house so much felt instant at home. Having the BBQ and the outside dinning areas was such a treat. Cons: Considering the location and we arrived late it would have been lovely if there was some drinking water. And some coffee for the morning. Also lacked a few cleaning supplies no sponge or washing up liquid, washing machine but no detergent.'

'Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .'

'Pros: Wij zijn met het gezin in oktober verbleven in deze finca. Prachtig gelegen villa omringd met een mooi verzorgde tuin en zwembad! Wij hebben genoten van het geluid van vogels en de rust in de tuin, waarbij je van het uitzicht kunt genieten op de zee en haven van Pollenca. Het zwembad is heerlijk met mooie lig- en zitplaatsen. De host woont beneden het huis, je kunt haar voor vragen benaderen. Verder heb je alle rust in het huis. Er groeien citroenbomen en granaatappelbomen in de tuin, deze...

'Ganz klar: Alleine der Ort und diese Aussicht sind eine Reise wert. Morgens auf die riesige Terrasse zu treten und diese Aussicht zu genießen, hat definitiv etwas.Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und freundlich. Da gibt's nix zu beanstanden.Problematisch hingegen ist schon eher der Zustand des Hauses. Ob Küchengegenstände oder verschiedene Polstermöbel: Hier gehört definitiv etwas modernisiert, oft riecht es recht modrig aus dem einen oder anderen Zimmer. Das betrifft vor allem...
