« We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. »

« Spacious, clean, provided toiletry essentials, plenty of towels, bathroom shower was LARGE, and the kitchen was equipped with the necessary equipment. The only thing that could be upgraded are the carpets. »

On ne peut garer qu'un seul véhicule devant la maison, mais juste à coté, il y a un parking gratuit avec des places disponibles. « My family band I came in for a day to prepare for our cruise and this home was just right for a short term or a long term stay. The home was cleaned and the rules were simple to follow. « We stayed here for 2 nights prior to leaving on a cruise. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Home is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach was close by as well. Area is quiet and home is cozy. »

« Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! »

« the people renting were very pleasant prior to and after checking in and checkout and i have no complaints there. only thing that could improve would be a little more general living supplies like cups, plates and pots and pans. couldn't make breakfast without making bacon and eggs in the same pan (only one) and also going back to a store to get salt and pepper. not a big deal at all and hardly worth mentioning, but it was a considerable contrast to the place we stayed earlier in our trip for...
