« The AC was not working, spoke to the property management and instructions were not helpful. As if the instructions were for a different AC unit since I was ask to preform task on the unit itself. Which did not match the unit 75 degrees downstairs and worse upstairs. Going to be a terrible night. »

« This property looked great from the outside, but the interior definitely needs updating. Pros-Size, upstairs bedrooms, nice fully equipped kitchen, garage for car and pet friendly. Cons-Living room couches filthy(we didn’t sit on), water pressure in showers horrible, tv remotes didn’t work(no batteries) and tv only streaming/no cable, balcony nice but only 2 chairs. Fortunately we spent most of our stay sightseeing and not much time at the condo. The area is nice and if we had another unit...

On ne peut garer qu'un seul véhicule devant la maison, mais juste à coté, il y a un parking gratuit avec des places disponibles. « Well equipped, clean, quiet, and only a short walk to beach. Host provided excellent information. Neighborhood was fun. Mix of old Florida and new. Seemed very safe and easy to get around.Couple of FYIs, that are no reflection on the great rental. 1. While the rental is dog friendly, the beaches nearby are not. Closest dog beach is several miles away, south part of Coral downtown. But they are nice.2. Electric bikes and scooters are everywhere and seem to obey no rules. Run stops, on off...

« The Property needs some remodeling; looks worn and aged. Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that »
