'Had a wonderful time, the unit was very nice, clean, modern and had many amenities, the washer/dryer was a perfect touch! Quiet area and so close to the beach, only one block to the sand and a short walk to the pier or jetty park.I would recommend to any smaller family. Beautiful long balcony and I was very satisfied. Thank you to the host who was wonderful also…'

'Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms.
Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup.
I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. '

'There were 4 adults staying in the unit and there was only 1 beach chair. One of the beds sunk to the frame and was not usable. There was a hole in the wall. And when I reached out to the host to ask about an extra beach chair she was rude and threatened to leave ME a bad review. We had family in other units so luckily we could borrow beach chairs.
