'The restaurant food was cold and the wait to receive our food was horrible, some persons in our group received their food before others . (Meaning they finished while others were still waiting)And there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived. The pool we didn’t get a chance to enjoy, the water was dirty with algae. I was disappointed what we experienced, since our family came down for vacation and we have stayed in Tijuana and Mexicali Lucerna Hotel and the stayed was great.'
