My experience at this resort was very disappointing. The property is practically empty; there were only 1 or 2 staff members and, from what we could see, no other guests.
From the beginning, we were given incorrect information. We were told that breakfast started at 8:30 a.m., but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that it did not start until 10:00 a.m. After waiting for an hour, the employee named Angel finally informed us that there was actually no chef available and that breakfast would not be served. We were made to waste our time without receiving clear information from the start, which demonstrates a lack of organization and professionalism.
Additionally, the jacuzzi is very poor. The water is not hot at all; it is barely lukewarm, which is completely disappointing for a resort that advertises this amenity.
The main restaurant was closed, and we were not informed of this until after we received our reservation confirmation email. This type of information should be clearly communicated before a guest finalizes their booking, as it is an essential service within a resort.
During our stay, there was also no room service or housekeeping provided. At other resorts, housekeeping typically stops by at least to make the beds or tidy the room, but in this case, no service was provided at all.
The experience fell far below what was promised and did not meet the minimum standards expected of a resort. I would not return and would not recommend this property.
