Holiday flat for up to five guests, located on the 1st floor of a building with lift and a shared outdoor swimming pool, only 310mt from the beach. It is composed of a nice balcony with outdoor furniture, an open plan kitchen, a dining/living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. One uncovered parking space is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
