'Un fraude se mencionan 5 restaurantes a la carta y no esta a abierto ninguno comida solo tienen en un buffet hasta las 9 pm toda la comida tiene sabor a recalentada el baño se sale el agua por abajo de la tina además de exceso tiene humedad no me volveria hospedar ni gratis trate de pedir reembolso por parte de expedia y nunca pude al igual consideraré eso'

'Positives: very clean, very nice and helpful staff
Negatives: the food was just ok. We ate at all of the restaurants except for Crystal so I can’t speak to that one. The steakhouse was a hard no. Steak way too overcooked, dry and tough. The ribeyes we got were also pretty thin. We mostly ate at the buffet which was ok. The Japanese restaurant was by far my favorite.
Our room was ok. Super clean. We had a balcony and which was awesome. But there were alot of windows which in turn made our room...

'The property was ok, if you like the hotel feel. In other resorts it’s normally like 3 floors, they have 28 floors. Everything just seem so close together and not very spacious. They only have 1 restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. The closer it got towards the weekend the more crowded it got and you were waiting to go eat.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
