'We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only downside is that the hotel itself feels quite outdated and is definitely in need of a complete renovation. The rooms and common areas could use a significant refresh to match the quality of the service, food, and location.
Overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay. With a full renovation, this hotel could be absolutely amazing.'

'I would like better food choices. American cuisines and more entertainment. It's an all-inclusive resort but I had to $10 for room service per delivery. I don't think that should be a charge. Pools were very nice and clean. Advantage club is worth it. Property is nice.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
