I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My arrival day was fine but the next day I had to change my room three times. The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March. She was incredibly rude and told me to change the room immediately, which was around 9 am. However, I had an appointment scheduled for around 10 am and needed to be ready and leave. I asked if I could change the room in the afternoon but she refused, said either change the room now or use a fan. I was very upset and managed to change the room. After my appointment, I returned to the hotel and took a rest. Afterwards, I put all my dirty clothes in the washing machine but it wouldn’t work. I was so frustrated and again I informed the receptionist. She changed my room again. On the arrival day, when I was checking bed before use, I saw hair on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel or use ever. I travel a lot and throughout my travels history I never had any issues like these.
