'Beautifully decorated with numerous serene areas to relax in and all just out side of the busy Commercial St. Our immaculate room had everything we needed but was very small. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.'

'Clean, charming property, friendly staff, very short walk to the Cliff walk. Cozy fire pit area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings.'

'We enjoyed our time here because of the gardens and front porch, the evening of live music in the garden every night. It was very close walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor… 5 min walk. Room 1 was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The only negative would be that possibly a staff member’s living quarters were above us and heard them walking every morning at 5:30 '

'We are touring around East Coast Canada and PEI and this is the most stunning property we have stayed in. The rooms and house are breathtaking and the staff and service are 5 star. We loved it so much we extended our stay. It definitely deserves its Heritage status and 5 stars. '
