'Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour.'

'Hotel location is main benefit. Six minute walk to Boston Common and Subway. Plenty of places around to eat. Recommend Tatte bakery and Mike ‘n Pattys for breakfast. The rooftop area and bar was not open for our visit so don’t base your visit on that. It’s sounds it’s closed a lot especially if it rains. There’s technically small balcony you can go out to , but very little and has A/C equipment and not really useful. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were not as comfortable as expected...
