'Bowen was a very responsible and thoughtful host. Before check-in, he clearly shared all the important information with us, which made the whole process very smooth. After we checked in, he also followed up to ask if we needed anything, and that made us feel very well taken care of.The house was clean, tidy, and very comfortable.
