'The house was nicely updated and layout was great. Property had great views and privacy for kids to play in the large backyard and the two private piers. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We recommend this rental to family and friends.'

'We stayed here for a wedding nearby so honestly did not have a ton of time at the property. House has plenty of room for a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Directions for check in/check out were clear and owner was extremely communicative. Basement was kind of musty so we kept the sliding doors open when home. Hustisford is a smaller town than I anticipated so I’m happy we stocked up some groceries before arrival.'

'I originally booked for a total of 11 family members to stay at this beautiful home on the Lake Winnebago channel. We ended up having a total of 8 who could make it. We had more than enough sleeping accommodations. The home is fully stocked with everything that you can imagine, from condiments in the cupboards and refrigerator, to body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each of the three bathrooms. 'The ranger house is spacious with big kitchen, deck & living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deck is badly in need of refurbishing. There are sleeping cabins in the park so extra family members can join you. The path to the lake is hilly and the approach to the pier needs work. 'We were looking for a place nearby that was big enough to house 6-8 adults comfortably. There are plenty of beds so we didn't have to share. And there was a nice kitchen area where we spent most of our time chatting and gathering. Just wanted a quiet place to get away and spend time with high school girlfriends - it was great!'

Uncharacteristically for a rental property, the house was decorated with some imagination, the appliances were clearly above average in quality, and everything throughout the house was in good working order.
